Review 3 Great Burger Joints in Orlando

I just love a good hamburger and am excited that there are so many places that are specializing in creating gourmet burgers.  One of my favorite things to put on a burger is sliced green olives.  I have yet to come across a place that does that but for sure one day I will.  Today I am reviewing three hamburger places in Orlando, Florida.  Perhaps you will put one or all of these on your bucket list next time you are in Orlando.

Teak Neighborhood Grill is Veteran owned and operated.  Located at 6400 Times Square Avenue, the offer a full menu not just burgers.  So, you can bring someone who is not as excited about burgers as you are.  They have Blue Crab Cake, Chicken Wings, Soft Pretzels and more.

Because of their popularity, they opened a second location in August of 2017 in Maitland at the Village of Lake Lily.  Both restaurants serve lunch and dinner seven nights a week.  They are open daily from eleven in the morning to midnight except Sunday when they are opened from eleven in the morning to three in the afternoon.

Next time you want to kick back and watch your favorite team, Teak Neighborhood Grill is the perfect place to go.  They were named the “Best Burger in Central Florida” by WESH 2 news.  With many distinguished awards at “Best Burger” by publications and press I can see why they have almost one thousand reviews on the internet with a four and one-half star rating.

The Habit Burger Grill got its first start in Santa Barbara, California in 1969 by two brothers.  Just think!  That was the year the first astronauts landed on the moon.  Back then the burgers were only twenty-four cents, but I bet they were not as gourmet as they are today.

They borrowed money from their mom to buy the first restaurant in the picturesque Southern California community.  This coastal town is south-facing and boasts the longest section of the West Coast.  In 2014 the population was around 92,000.

They must be doing something right because there are two hundred and seventy-three The Habit Burger Grills across the country.  The one I am focusing on is located in the SoDo district of Orlando, Florida.  They have over four hundred posts on the web that rate them over four stars.

Beth’s Burger Bar on 5145 S. Orange Avenue was voted the “Best Local Burger” in 2018 in the Orlando Magazine.  They give you the opportunity to build your own burger or order one of their Signature Burgers.  The Peanut Butter Burger caught my eye because I never thought of putting peanut butter on my burger.  Could be good.  I have always been a fan of burgers with blue cheese and they have one of those as well.

It is said that Beth became infatuated with burgers and beer when she was sixteen.  She would irritate burger joints by customizing her burger order where ever went.  She was always disappointed, so she decided to create her own perfect burger and that is how Beth’s Burger Bar was born.

There are now two Beth’s Burger Bars in the Orlando area.  Beth makes sure each location strives to create the best build-a-burger experience for her customers.  With over four hundred people raving about her on the internet, she is doing something right.
